Group Classes
Nourish a sacred practice of mindful movement, deep rest, and holistic wellbeing through thoughtfully curated group classes and intimate restorative experiences inspired by the wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, Kundalini, RestorativeYoga (Judith Hanson), Meditation, Yin Yoga and Sound Healing.
Classes are for all levels. No experience necessary.
Please arrive 5- 10 minutes early for group sessions. All bookings are essential as spaces are limited. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns about participating, please contact me before the class.
